Lone Tree Properties Ltd, the developer of ‘The Foothills’, is offering an exciting opportunity in the position of Development Manager. This position will play a pivotal role in the realization of a new ‘Village’ over a long-term outlook with competitive compensation and excellent benefit packages.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the Development Manager will manage the planning, management, and execution of this next phase of community building at The Foothills.

The Development Manager will provide expertise to help formulate strategic and tactical planning to meet target goals and control costs. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating consultants through the design development process to help ensure appropriate price and design targets, set quality standards, timelines, and oversee construction budgets.
