The garage is accessed from Spences Drive, with a walk-up entry accessible from Harwood Drive.

The home, being built by The Foothills with Tomas Minka and Invictus Construction is scheduled for completion Spring 2023. The property will service as a show home and information centre for interested Foothills residents to learn more about layouts, finishings, phases and presales for the anticipated multifamily launch.
