In this series, we continue to give you a peek at some of the finished homes and share details of the amazing teams behind the Homes of The Foothills. Nestled on the rocky bluffs of Lantzville, this beach-inspired home was expertly built by Westmark Construction.

The custom home features a bright interior with vaulted ceilings and bark-inspired beam work. The great room offers an abundance of windows with panoramic oceans views. A cozy, neutral toned colour palette balanced with natural, coastal hues was chosen for this home, providing a west coast beach-inspired design. The kitchen boasts white cabinetry with contrasting dark hardware and a pantry with a custom barn door.

Outside the home, the light-coloured shingle siding and dark grey trim create a coastal vibe, and you can enjoy the views from the front courtyard or the back deck with frameless glass.
